Spring Supplement Team Planning

• 12 pages total (minus front/back cover=10 pages)

• Brainstorm Content for 5 Spreads

• Assign Spreads (see comment posted below)

Google Drive: (3pts) - Due Tuesday, 3/31

• Create a new folder inside your yearbook folder called "Supplement."

• Add a new Google Doc called, "Supplement Planning" and outline the topics you have been assigned. Draft the language you will use to reach out directly to your sources.

• Create a sample Google Form for collecting images and stories.

Google Drive: (2pts) - Due Wednesday, 4/1

Make a copy of the Supplement Ladder Planning and move it to you own "Supplement" folder and complete your own proposal for the order we will place our coverage and also possible headlines.

Classroom Forum: (3pts) - Due Thursday, 4/2

• Create a new post titled, "Week 10: Supplement Planning"in the Yearbook Classroom Forum. Paste a shareable link to your "Supplement Planning" Google Doc

• Create another post titled, "Week 10: Supplement Ladder" and upload a screenshot of your proposed ladder

• Comment on each of your classmates' planning and ladder posts to outline ideas that you support and any suggestions that you have for changes.

eDesign: (2pts) - Due Friday, 4/3

• Search Vidigami for relevant images and upload to eDesign.

• After receiving feedback, we will send out final communication to all sources and also finalize the ladder in eDesign.
