“All that effort is going into making something that is effortless” (Andy Goldsworthy) I liked that quote cause it reminded me of skating you work so hard to make it look like you don't have to.
In this picture there is contrast between the light in the in the ice and the shadow on the rock behind it. There are also shapes in each one of the ice pieces. The ice draws your eye from one side of the picture to the other along the arc.
