One lesson I have learned is "If you're struggling with procrastination, make a plan." I struggle with falling into a vicious cycle of berating myself for not getting any work done and feeling too low to actually get work done, and I find that if I make a list of everything I need to do, it makes me feel productive and it refocuses my mind on the things I need to get done, which breaks the cycle.
My proposed photograph to represent this is an empty worksheet from a class, on top of which I will write "if you're struggling with procrastination", and then I will have my to-do whiteboard next to it with a list of items and then write next to those items, "make a plan."
This is a very cool idea! I was thinking maybe you could have somebody actually writing on the list while you take a picture?
